1. Guarantee Overview We are confident that our coaching program will help you achieve the results you desire. That’s why we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee.

2. Eligibility

The guarantee applies if you follow the coaching plan for at least 50 days. This includes:

  • Completing all required check-ins

  • Following the training program as prescribed

  • Adhering to nutrition and recovery guidelines (if applicable)

3. Refund Conditions

To qualify for a refund, you must:

  • Provide evidence that you have followed the plan (e.g., check-in records, training logs, nutrition tracking if applicable).

  • Submit your refund request within 60 days of starting the program.

  • Demonstrate that you have made a genuine effort but have not seen reasonable progress despite full compliance.

4. Refund Process To request a refund, please contact us at jamie@unlockmovement.co.nz and provide any necessary documentation (e.g., check-in logs, progress photos, etc.). Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

5. Limitations

  • The guarantee does not apply if the client fails to complete the plan or does not engage with the provided resources (e.g., missed check-ins or sessions).

  • The guarantee is void if the client engages in activities outside of the scope of the program (e.g., extreme diets or conflicting training).

6. No Liability While we are committed to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals, we cannot guarantee specific results as individual outcomes may vary based on numerous factors.
