Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms By using our coaching services (online or in-person), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Coaching Services We provide fitness and nutrition coaching through personalised programming, check-ins, and additional support. The services may include but are not limited to online coaching, in-person coaching, nutrition support, and recovery tools.

3. Client Responsibilities You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about your health, fitness goals, and any relevant conditions. You must also follow the coaching plan and attend sessions as scheduled. Failure to do so may affect the outcome of your progress.

4. Payment Terms Payments for coaching services (both online and in-person) are due at the time of sign-up unless otherwise specified. Payments are non-refundable except in accordance with the Guarantee Conditions.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Clients must notify the coach at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule any in-person coaching session. Failure to do so may result in a forfeited session.

6. Liability While we strive to provide the highest quality service, Unlock Movement is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from participation in coaching sessions or following the coaching program.

7. Termination We reserve the right to terminate the coaching relationship at any time if the client fails to comply with the terms of this agreement or engages in behavior that is detrimental to the coaching environment.

8. Amendments These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.
