1. Agreement

By choosing to work with Unlock Movement (online, in person, or hybrid), you agree to the following terms. They’re here to keep expectations clear and make sure the coaching relationship works well for both of us.

2. Coaching Services

Unlock Movement provides personalised movement, strength, and conditioning coaching. This may include online programming, in-person sessions, check-ins, education, and guidance around training, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle habits.

The exact format will depend on the coaching option you choose.

3. Your Role

To get the most from coaching, you agree to:

  • Share relevant and accurate information about your health and training background

  • Communicate openly about how things are feeling

  • Engage with the process to a reasonable degree

Progress depends on consistency and effort, and results will vary from person to person.

4. Payments

Payment is required before coaching begins, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are handled in line with the 30-day money-back guarantee outlined on this page.

5. In-Person Sessions

If you need to cancel or reschedule an in-person session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited.

6. Health & Liability

All coaching is undertaken at your own risk. While every effort is made to provide safe, appropriate guidance, you are responsible for listening to your body and training within your limits.

Unlock Movement cannot be held liable for injuries, losses, or damages that occur during or as a result of participation in coaching.

7. Ending Coaching

Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time.
This may occur if expectations are no longer aligned, communication breaks down, or the coaching environment is compromised.

8. Updates to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this website.
